Training the Collision Industry for over 25 years
Mark is an ASE certified, Licensed estimator and technician, I-CAR Platinum Certified Level 3 Structural Steel and Aluminum, Non-Structural, Refinish, Estimator, and Auto Damage Appraiser. He currently is the Estimatics and Technical Training Manager for Bill Brown Ford Collision Center in Livonia, Michigan. He has over 38 years management experience in the collision industry, including 28 years instructing for I-CAR. Mark is also President of Collision Industry Training, Consulting, and Organizational Development (CITCOD), which includes; instruction and class development for PPG’S MVP Program, Continuing Education for agents and consulting various collision repair centers. He has held seats on collision advisory boards for General Motors, Ford, St Clair Tech and Baker College and I-CAR. He has been published in Body Shop Business and was awarded the I-CAR Founder’s award. His greatest life’s achievement; married for 33 years to Susan, raising five children ages 16-26.
